These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Riggins Urban Barber College LLC website and your participation in our SMS text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Messaging Program Description
Riggins Urban Barber College offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with prospective students, current students, and individuals who have expressed interest in our programs. When you opt in by providing your phone number through our website form, in person, or by other means, you agree to receive text messages from us that may include responses to your admissions inquiries, appointment, tour, and orientation reminders, enrollment steps and required document reminders, program information and start date updates, and school announcements and account notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our school. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any goods or services.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at (619) 701-7032 or euclid@rubc.edu. Our admissions office is available Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your mobile carrier plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and network availability.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program and to use this website. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Privacy
